Often referred to as the "Princess of Penguin Capital" she plays a key role as one of the mightiest protectors of the city. She made her way up north from the Hall of Cats where she was born and raised in order to feast on all the fish she could ever want. In exchange for her protection, the penguins of the capital gladly supply her with enough fish for a lifetime. Dango, her trusted penguin companion, wears a green bandana around his neck and aids her in combat by throwing small frozen fish as if they were kunai knives. He's not very good at close quarter's combat but provides helpful support in stealth.
Fuyumi utilizes large Frozen Tuna to bludgeon her enemies. Its width also allows it to be used as a shield as well. At times, she's been known to hurl it at her enemies and engage in hand to hand combat with them using her claws. Her brooch is an otherworldly artifact engraved with the Rune of Neptune, which grants her resistance to the cold and allows for frozen objects in direct contact with her to remain frozen regardless of the environment. This allows for her legendary Frozen Tuna to remain frozen regardless of where she's fighting.
Being a Cat Girl, she has a high degree of dexterity and has nocturnal vision. As much as she loves fish, she regrettably cannot swim.
