Radiant Agri Delicato is Empress Carly of the Surf’s quartermaster. She calls him Q. His friends call him Rad. The pirates below him call him Little Radi behind his back to make fun of him because that is what his mom called when he was little.

On his red pirate clothes are small blue sapphires from a mine belonging to Goliath of the Grotto. On his knife he has on him at all times are some blue stones. These sapphires are rare and have the ability to increase power. Q needs them because has difficulty with magic and Carly doesn’t know. If she suspects either doesn’t care or can’t be bothered with figuring it out because Q does whatever she asks him to do.

Carly wears a large blue sapphire around her neck and has other blue stones on her at all times from the same mine.

Q’s hair is braided with every hair in place. His clothes are cleaned and boots are polished daily.

Last year after obtaining the largest treasure ever stolen he was appointed 2nd in command of her fleet. All captains report to him.

A side project he is in charge of is Carly’s quest to obtain rare animals from all over the world. Currently he is on a mission to find a speckled falcon that was taken on route to her. He has heard a rumor that the falcon is in the Emerald Forest and is somehow connected to a warrior prisoner they have named Birsh.
